Quite a fine looking bird. I'm guessing they're standing on your deck. How nice to have them so close. Beautiful photograph.
thanks. they were standing on my deck, waltzing across the hot tub, flying up and down from the roof. a flock of curious wild turkeys can really make a raquet.
they look very content in the still photo. ;)

tara, i am happy to say there are lots of turkeys around here. they visit my yard several times a week all year long.
imaginair, no i didn't eat one of these two hens but a turkey has made it's way from the yard to the grill before.
Enjoyed birds of a paradise place.
